On the Terrigal waterfront, The Tropic can be hired exclusively for 160 seated or 280 standing, with shared event menus from $80 per person.
Smaller teams get more variety. Coral Grill & Seafood on Terrigal Esplanade seats up to 65 with alternate-drop service, Royal Hotel Wyong offers a private Canoe Club room and two-course function menus from $38 per person, and Ocean Beach Surf Life Saving Club at Umina Beach pairs a 130-seat auditorium with a projector and two large screens.

Motel Mezza in Wyong uses halal-certified meat, Trinhy's Food Truck has vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and halal choices, and Pachamama Catering puts vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten-free dishes on every menu.
Dolce Strings, a string quartet from $1,200, suits a launch or welcome drinks. For a dance floor, Midnight Black Band starts from $2,000 and Blue Vinyl plays pop, rock, soul and Motown covers from duo up to five-piece. DJ Bass Sick, from $700, also takes on MC duties for the speeches and presentations. All of them travel to every region of the coast.
