About Hotel Gosford
Hotel Gosford is a family-owned pub on Mann Street in Gosford that has been trading since 1926. It keeps its heritage character alongside modern fit-outs, and it runs a brasserie, live music, big-screen sport, Saturday DJ nights and pub-style accommodation upstairs. For functions, the hotel specialises in semi-private spaces: your group has a section to itself while still enjoying the energy of a busy local pub. There are four areas to choose from. The Louvers is set up for seated lunches and dinners, with low tables and bench booths for 20 to 45 people. The Corner Lounge is a more relaxed pocket with low and high round tables for 20 to 40, suited to canapés and drinks. Combine those two and the Full Lounge takes 40 to 70 for either a canapé party or long dining tables. The Beer Garden fits 30 to 50 at high tables and stools, and its retractable roof, fans and heating make it usable year round. Canapé packages start at $43 per person for six pieces and $53 per person for eight, mixing light and substantial items such as oysters, croquettes, beef skewers and prawn bao. Seated groups can choose a shared set menu at $65 per person for two courses or $75 for three, or the Legacy menu of old favourites at $69 or $79 per person. Drinks run on a bar tab you set and review during the event, or as a cash bar. A $200 security deposit holds the booking, and the hotel does not take 18th birthday parties.

Do you host 18th birthdays?
No. The hotel does not take 18th birthday bookings, and minors must stay with a parent or guardian in authorised areas under its licence.
What deposit and notice are needed?
A $200 security deposit holds a tentative booking for seven days while you return the package form. Final numbers and food payment are due seven days before the event.
