About Another Shot Photo Booth
Based in Newcastle, Another Shot Photo Booth takes bookings on the Central Coast, bringing a retro open-air booth to weddings, birthdays, engagements and work functions. It was started by wedding photographer James Howarth, who also runs Mr Hendrix Photography, to give guests well-lit, photographer-quality pictures without losing the fun. A bright studio flash lights every DSLR-quality shot, while hats, novelty glasses and speech-bubble signs on the prop table add the silliness. An attendant from the team sets everything up, helps guests through and keeps the queue moving. Printing has no limit, each strip measures two by six inches and carries artwork made for the occasion, and a QR code lets guests share their shots on the spot. The 8 ft by 8 ft backdrop fits a full group, and the choices include sequins, disco, galaxy, palms, frangipani, white rose, snowflakes, Christmas fir and gold or silver shimmer, or a custom print. You are welcome to bring your own props or backdrop. After the event, a private online gallery holds every edited image. Packages come in three lengths, each with set-up and pack-down: three hours (the Soiree), four (the Another Shot) and five (the All Nighter). A guest book can be added so the couple or guest of honour keeps the strips and messages. Allow about three by three metres of floor, plus access to power.

What can the booth be booked for?
Weddings, engagement parties, birthdays, baby showers, graduation parties, Christmas parties and corporate events on the Central Coast all suit the open-air set-up.
How much room does the booth take up?
Plan for about three metres by three metres of floor space plus a nearby power point, and the attendant has everything ready before guests arrive.
How do guests receive their photos?
Each visit prints two-by-six-inch strips on the spot, a QR code lets guests send images to their phones, and an edited online gallery of everything follows after the event.
Can we bring our own backdrop or props?
Yes. Props you supply are always welcome, but check a backdrop's dimensions with the team before the day. A themed backdrop can also be custom printed.
What are the package prices?
The Soiree is $695 for three hours, the Another Shot is $845 for four and the All Nighter is $995 for five. A guest book can be added for $100.
