Terms of Use

Party Hero is a directory that connects clients with independent suppliers. Party Hero introduces clients to suppliers but is not a party to the booking contract between a client and a supplier, except where a booking is made through our Concierge service.

Suppliers listed on Party Hero are responsible for the accuracy of their own listing content, pricing and availability.

By creating a listing, suppliers agree to provide accurate information and keep their listing up to date. Party Hero reviews new listings before they go live and may remove or reject listings that don’t meet our content standards.

Paid subscription fees, where applicable, are billed in advance and are described on the List Your Business page.

Where a “lifetime” listing fee or plan is offered, “lifetime” means for as long as Party Hero continues to operate as a business, not the lifetime of the individual supplier. It does not guarantee that Party Hero, or any specific listing, category or feature, will operate indefinitely or unchanged.

By submitting photos, videos or other content to your listing, you grant Party Hero a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content on Party Hero and in our marketing, for as long as your listing remains active. You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you submit.

Suppliers must keep client details received through Party Hero enquiries confidential, use them only to respond to that enquiry, and handle them in line with applicable privacy law.

On the Pay Per Booking plan, all communication with the client must stay within Party Hero’s messaging until the booking deposit has been paid through Party Hero and our fee applied. The client’s contact details are only shared with the supplier once that’s happened. Taking a booking off-platform to avoid this fee is a breach of these terms, and Party Hero may cancel the supplier’s listing as a result.

You may not use automated means (including bots, scrapers or crawlers) to systematically extract, copy or compile data from Party Hero – including supplier listings, contact details or pricing. This does not restrict search engines indexing the site for the purpose of directing users to it.

Party Hero reserves the right to monitor usage, block access, and report violations of this policy to relevant authorities.

Party Hero connects clients with independent suppliers but doesn’t provide the venues, boats, entertainment or other services itself. To the extent permitted by law, Party Hero isn’t liable for any loss, damage, injury or dispute arising from a booking, event or interaction between a client and a supplier – including where a booking was made through our Concierge service. Party Hero also excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost bookings or reputational damage.

You agree to indemnify Party Hero against any claim, loss or damage arising from your use of the site, your conduct at an event, or your breach of these terms – except where that claim, loss or damage was caused by Party Hero’s own negligence or wrongdoing.
