About Celebration Set Ups
Celebration Set Ups is a small styling and hire business run by Melissa and Ashley from the Wyong area, postcode 2259. You can hire a single piece, such as a flower wall or a pair of peacock chairs, or have them design and style the entire event. Their portfolio covers beach ceremonies at Shelly Beach and Bateau Bay, receptions at Gosford Sailing Club, a vintage high tea at The Entrance, an engagement party at Matcham Hall and plenty of backyard birthdays. The hire range is broad. Seating and tables include white Americana chairs, regal chairs, king and queen chairs, peacock chairs, trestle tables, bar tables and several signing tables. Decor runs from satin backdrops and a flower wall to dream catchers, macrame hangings, lanterns, vases, birdcages, vintage suitcases and wishing wells, and there are lawn games, floor rugs and cushions for relaxed lounge areas. For signage there are welcome boards, framed chalkboards, sandwich boards, arrows and mirrors. Boho picnic setups are offered as packages for showers, birthdays, hens gatherings and Christmas catch-ups. Item prices cover the hire only. Delivery is quoted on distance, access and quantity, and styling time is charged separately. If you would rather collect, items are picked up and returned at Long Jetty on agreed days, usually Thursday or Friday out and Monday back. A 20 per cent deposit holds the booking, there is no minimum order, and much of the stock is upcycled or sourced second hand.

Is delivery included in the hire prices?
No. Listed prices are for the items only. Delivery is worked out at $1.50 per kilometre from their 2259 postcode, counting the trips out and back, with extra charges for stairs, sand or long carries.
Can we collect the items ourselves?
Yes. DIY hire items are collected from Long Jetty, with the address given on booking. For weekend events pickup is usually Thursday or Friday during business hours and return is on the Monday.
Is styling included or charged separately?
Set-up and styling are not part of the item prices unless a package says so. The team quotes their styling time separately once they know what you need.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can hire a single sign or chair, or book a full styled setup. A 20 per cent non-refundable deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due a month before the event.
What happens if the weather turns on the day?
In rain or wind they may hold back items that could be damaged, so it is wise to have an indoor backup plan and tell them about it when you book.
