Does Party Hero take a commission?
Not on standard bookings – ever. You pay a flat monthly subscription for visibility and tools, and keep everything you charge your own customers. The two exceptions are Concierge and Exclusive Booking Agent, which are commission-based by design – see above, and each commissioned Concierge booking earns you a subscription credit.
What are Smart Tools?
