About Central Coast Events
Central Coast Events is a catering and event hire business in Berkeley Vale, run by owner Brenden, a qualified chef who has been putting on events for more than 15 years. He stays involved from the first conversation to the night itself, helping clients plan the food, the look of the room and the logistics, and he cooks and delivers the menus personally. The catering list covers most ways of feeding a crowd. Grazing tables are piled with seasonal fruit, cheeses, cured meats, dips, crackers and sweets. Cocktail menus let you choose five or seven dishes, served by waitstaff for one and a half to two hours. There are buffets with roasts and salads, table share platters, two- and three-course formal dinners served alternately, a food truck menu and a wake menu. Canapes can be added to any other menu, and tastings are held by appointment on set evenings. Because the business began as an event hire company, it can also dress the venue. Clients can add timber and round tables, white bentwood or folding chairs, peacock chairs, bar tables and stools, linen, crockery and glassware, festoon and fairy lighting, centrepieces, bridal table set-ups, ceremony arches and complete ceremony packages, outdoor gas heaters, a photo booth and a slushie machine. If the venue has no kitchen, the team brings a food trailer. Weddings, engagements, corporate functions and private parties are the usual bookings. Send the date, venue, guest numbers and the menu style you have in mind through the enquiry form or by phone, and Brenden will put together a quote.
