About Piccolo Pear
Piccolo Pear is a florist and homewares store in East Gosford, opened in 2012 by friends and co-founders Judy and Nina. Alongside everyday flowers and handpicked wares, the team designs florals for weddings, private occasions, public events and home or commercial installations across the Central Coast. For weddings, the team works with each couple to settle on a floral theme, explains which flowers will be in season, and designs the arrangements so they fit with the rest of the wedding styling. Every wedding is treated as its own project, with the flowers meant to reflect the couple rather than a set template. Bookings start with the online wedding or event request form, and consultations can be arranged by phone or email. The style leans artful and organic. Seasonal blooms are mixed with wild materials such as foliage, pods and vines, and the team often forages for elements that give an arrangement texture. Natives, green and white palettes, pastels and brights all feature, as do dried and preserved designs where longevity matters. Beyond weddings, Piccolo Pear creates flowers for milestone birthdays, baby showers, intimate gatherings, long Christmas lunches and commemorations.
