Information we collect
- Account details suppliers provide when creating a listing (business name, contact email, listing content).
- Details clients provide when making an enquiry or using Plan My Party / Concierge (name, email, phone, event details).
- Basic technical information (such as session cookies) needed to keep you logged in to the supplier dashboard.
How we use it
To operate the Party Hero marketplace – showing listings, passing enquiries to suppliers, and running the supplier dashboard. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Marketing emails
If you make an enquiry, use Plan My Party or Concierge, create an account or ask to list your business, we may use your name and email address to send you occasional emails about Party Hero – such as party ideas, suppliers and offers related to your event, or, for businesses, news and opportunities for suppliers. We only send these from Party Hero, and we never sell or share your details with other businesses for their own marketing.
You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of these emails, or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing emails won’t stop the emails you need to use the site, such as enquiry replies and account notifications.
Third-party services
Party Hero uses third-party providers to run the site, which may process your information on our behalf – including our hosting and database provider, payment processor (for supplier subscriptions), email delivery provider, and email marketing provider.
