About Air Art Balloons
Air Art Balloons is a balloon décor studio in Gosford that traded for many years as The Total Party Shop and has served the Central Coast for more than three decades. The team treats each piece as a design made for one particular occasion rather than an item off the shelf, so colours, shapes and finishing details are worked out with the client before anything is inflated. Organic balloon garlands are the core of the work, built to fit a wall, a round mesh backdrop, a doorway or a table edge, and dressed with chrome, pastel or bold colour mixes and themed foils. Archways come in a standard size that spans a double entry and can be custom sized for other spaces. Full, half, quarter and confetti columns can carry giant number foils for 18ths, 21sts, 40ths and other milestones, and table centrepieces are made to suit the theme and the number of tables. For businesses, the studio creates displays for grand openings, open days, sales and other store events. Placement matters, because a garland kept out of direct sun and heat can last for up to three months. To order, email or call the Gosford shop with the date, the event, the space and the look you have in mind, and the team will talk through what will work. The shop is open on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm. Corporate clients can send through the time and the displays they need, or ring to talk through the options.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to tell them to order a balloon garland?
Let the team know where the garland will go, the space and dimensions available and the shape you would like. Each garland is designed to order, so a short consultation by email starts the process.
How long does a balloon garland last?
Kept out of direct sunlight and away from heat, a garland can last up to three months, which is why its placement is discussed before it is made.
Can balloon archways be made to a custom size?
Yes. The standard walkway arch is sized to fit over a double doorway, and other sizes can be made to suit. Call or email to choose colours and book the date.
Do they create balloon displays for businesses?
Yes. Corporate work includes grand openings, open days, store sales and other functions. Email the date, the time and the displays you need, or phone to talk through options.
When is the Gosford shop open?
The shop on Mann Street in Gosford opens on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm.
