About Gracelands
Gracelands is a boutique heritage venue on Forresters Beach Road in Forresters Beach, run by Jillie and Andrew Flaxman. It hosts weddings as well as private events such as milestone birthdays, engagement parties, anniversaries, corporate functions and workshops, and every booking comes with exclusive use of the venue. The event spaces are the Main Hall, the Mezzanine Lounge and the Garden Courtyard, used together for up to 90 guests at tables or 130 for a cocktail-style party. The gardens host wedding ceremonies under a floral arbour. Hire includes dining tables and chairs, linen napkins in a choice of colours, crockery, cutlery and glassware, lounge seating, wine barrels, a lectern, and outdoor umbrellas with tables and chairs, along with setup, pack down and cleaning. Food is prepared in the venue's own kitchen. Hosts choose a cocktail menu of five canapés, a shared feast of three mains and three sides with breads and your cake served, a high tea, or grazing tables and charcuterie boards. A four-hour beverage package covers sparkling wine, whites, reds, beers and soft drinks, and spirits, cocktails, a bar tab or pay-as-you-go drinks can be arranged. Each event has a coordinator who runs a planning session, builds the timeline and manages the day.

What food can we serve at a private event?
The in-house kitchen offers a cocktail menu of three warm or chilled canapés plus two substantial ones, a shared feast with three mains and three sides, a high tea of sandwiches, quiches and scones, and grazing tables or charcuterie boards.
What drinks options are there?
There is a four-hour beverage package with sparkling wine on arrival, white and red wines, local and imported beers, soft drinks and juices. Spirits, cocktails, a bar tab or pay-as-you-go drinks can also be arranged.
What is included in the venue hire?
The whole venue to yourselves, including the gardens and bar, plus an event coordinator, bar and wait staff, tables, chairs, linen napkins, crockery and glassware, lounge seating, setup, pack down and cleaning.
Can we see the venue before booking?
Yes. Gracelands runs complimentary 30-minute venue tours of the ceremony gardens, reception spaces and dining areas, which can be booked online.
