Almost every Mountains event needs some hired gear, whether that is a stack of chairs for a backyard birthday or a full marquee fit-out for a garden wedding. Cold nights and changeable weather mean heating and cover matter up here far more than at a beach or harbour party.
Hire companies on this page deliver from Glenbrook through to Blackheath, and some also service farms and estates in the Megalong & Hartley Valleys.

Book the big pieces first, particularly marquees and heaters for anything between April and October. Ask whether delivery, setup and pack-down are included, as some suppliers also let you collect smaller items yourself.
