Concierge is Party Hero’s full-service events management offering – built for people planning bigger or more complex events who don’t have the time, or the desire, to compare suppliers, chase quotes and coordinate logistics themselves.
Instead of searching, comparing and enquiring on your own, you tell our team what you’re planning – your date, budget, guest count and the kind of event you have in mind – and we take it from there. Our team reviews every request, shortlists suppliers who genuinely fit your event, and coordinates the details on your behalf through to the day.
Concierge is run by the same experienced team behind Get Loose and Easy Boat Hire, who’ve organised thousands of events across Australia. That real-world experience means we know which suppliers actually deliver, what questions matter, and how to avoid the common pitfalls of planning a bigger event.
There’s no separate fee to you – Concierge is built into how we work with the supplier on bookings made this way. It’s currently available for Venues and Boats only, with more categories to come as we grow.

Concierge currently covers Venues and Boat suppliers only, since those are the categories that best suit higher-value, Concierge-managed events. We'll expand this to more categories over time.
