A Yarra Valley hens day is usually an unhurried one: tastings, a long lunch and plenty of photos among the vines. Only four venues are on the list so far, so treat it as a starting point rather than the full picture.
Most hens groups make a weekend of it, staying in a group house or cottage nearby. Plan the lunch around that base so the drive between the two stays short.
Before you lock anything in, check:
Nobody should be driving after a day of tastings. Book a minibus or private driver to take the group from the accommodation to the venue and back again.
Ask a few venues at once with your date and group size. They'll reply to you directly, and Party Hero takes no commission or fee.

It suits groups who want a relaxed day of wine, food and scenery more than a big night out. Late-night venues are thin on the ground, so most groups finish back at their accommodation.
Just four so far, mostly winery and estate venues. The list will grow, but it's worth asking each one about tastings and private spaces now.
None of these venues publish a hens price yet, so ask for a quote. Make sure it separates food, drinks and any tasting fees.
Book a minibus or a private driver – taxis and ride-share are unreliable in the valley, especially in the evening. Many operators run winery-hopping days for groups.
Group houses and cottages around Healesville, Yarra Glen and the Ranges suit most groups. Book early for autumn and spring weekends.
Many are fine with a sash or matching outfits, but some prefer a quieter look. Ask about props and decorations when you enquire.
Check with the venue first – most wineries keep things low-key and some won't allow adult entertainment at all. If it's part of the plan, it often fits better at the accommodation, with the host's permission and the bride-to-be's agreement.
