Currently available for Venues and Boat suppliers only. Its commission only applies to Concierge bookings, separate from the optional pay-per-booking plan some suppliers choose instead of a subscription. The commission rate is negotiated with each supplier but ranges between 10%-20%.

Our Supplier Community is Party Hero’s internal network for exactly that – post a Callout describing what you need (a DJ, a photographer, an MC to fill in) and matching suppliers across the platform can see it and respond.

Not if you're on a subscription – you keep 100% of what you charge. You can also choose pay-per-booking instead of a subscription on Pro or Multi-Listing, where you pay a flat fee per booking rather than a monthly fee, no percentage taken. Concierge and Exclusive Booking Agent are separate, invitation-based commission services where our team is directly involved in winning and coordinating the booking.
Client enquiries stay inside Party Hero's messaging – the client's contact details aren't shown on your listing or shared with you yet. Once they're ready to book, the deposit is paid through Party Hero and our fee is applied automatically. From that point their full contact details are released to you, and you carry on – on the platform or off it – to finish the booking however suits you both. Taking a booking off-platform before the deposit is paid to avoid the fee breaches our terms and can result in your listing being cancelled.
Who does the work. On pay-per-booking, you manage the client and the booking yourself, so it's a flat $25 to $150 fee depending on category, not a percentage. With Concierge, our team qualifies the client and briefs you directly, so it's commission-based instead – negotiated per supplier, typically 10% to 20%.

Every new listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live. Your ABN will also be matched with the ABN Lookup register so Party Hero stays a directory clients can trust.
