Everything for a University Party
Compare suppliers on Party Hero ready to help plan your university ball, then enquire direct – free.
A university ball lives or dies on the dance floor. The venue and the dinner set the scene, but what people talk about the next week is whether the music kept them up until the last song. For a student committee planning a ball in Wollongong, that makes the DJ booking one of the first calls to make, not the last.
AMPT DJ Australia is an open-format DJ based in Tarrawanna who plays corporate functions, milestone birthdays and big venue nights across Wollongong and the Illawarra. Open format means the set isn't locked to one genre, which matters for a ball crowd that mixes first-years with postgraduates and the odd lecturer.
The way AMPT works suits a committee. You deal with one person from the first enquiry to the night itself, rather than an agency passing messages along. You can hand over a must-play list and a do-not-play list, and the set is shaped around the ages in the room.
What to sort out when you book:
AMPT travels to every region on Party Hero's Wollongong pages, from the northern suburbs through to Kiama and Gerringong, so the booking works wherever the ball lands. Compare more Wollongong DJs or add a photo booth for the night.
