About Six String Brewing Co.
Six String Brewing Co. is an independent craft brewery that has been brewing locally since 2013 and runs its taproom at The Sawmill, 90 The Entrance Road in Erina. The kitchen serves Filipino-inspired food, the beer comes straight from the brewhouse, and live music and events fill the calendar, so it suits groups who want a relaxed, social night. The venue has four function areas for groups of 12 to 100. Upstairs looks down over the brewery and takes 80 seated or 100 standing; book the whole level and you get its own bar, plus options for a presentation screen, a dance floor or a stage. The Main Bar area suits 10 to 30 at high tables beside the brewing action, with folding doors opening outside. The Pool Room, also upstairs, holds around 12 seated or 20 standing with the pool table to yourselves and can be roped off for privacy. The Beer Garden takes 20 seated or 40 standing across indoor and outdoor seating under festoon lights, with a private PA for your own music, though it depends on the weather. Food packages are built for sharing, starting with share platters and moving up to a Filipino feast, with a charcuterie board as an add-on. Two-hour drinks packages cover the core beers, hard sodas, wine and soft drinks, and bar tabs work too. Guided tastings and brewery tours can be added. There's usually no venue hire fee, but a minimum spend applies and a 50% deposit secures the date.

How many guests can Six String host?

What are the food packages?
Share platters are $35 per person and the Filipino Feast is $45 per person. A charcuterie board can be added for $125. Check current inclusions with the events team.
Is there a room hire fee?
Generally no venue hire fee is charged, but a minimum spend applies, and a 50% deposit locks in the booking.
Can we add a brewery experience?
Yes. A 30-minute guided tasting is $25 per person for 20 to 85 guests, and a one-hour brewery tour with tasting is $40 per person on weekends.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 30 days out for a full refund. Within 30 days the deposit isn't refunded but can be moved to a future date.
