Party Hero brings everything needed to plan a party into one easy-to-use platform. Clients can find venues, boats, entertainers, activities, experiences and party services all in one place, without having to search across dozens of websites or rely on a middleman.

Party Hero has been built from real, boots-on-the-ground industry experience. Backed by 25 years of events marketing, party planning and supplier management experience, our founder has built and run some of Australia’s most successful and pioneering event brands – including Get Loose and Easy Boat Hire, who between them have organised over 6,500 events across the country.

We don’t just understand the market, we have lived and breathed it. We know how hard it can be for clients to compare options, find reliable suppliers and organise everything in one place. We also know how difficult it can be for suppliers to get consistent enquiries, market themselves properly, respond quickly and manage the admin that comes with running a busy party business.

Party Hero was created to solve both sides of the problem.

Our Background

Party Hero was created in 2025 from our office in Potts Point, Sydney, after years of hands-on experience in the party and events industry.

We’ve organised events for individuals and business big and small, some of which include Seek, Hungry Jacks, Grill’d, Hello Fresh, Accor, Nine Entertainment, Fox FM, Kick, Stake, Salomon, Australian Venue Co, Alcoholics Anonymous, Monash University, CGU, St Vincent’s Hospital, The Australian Government Department of Defence, NSW Health, Transport for NSW, Queensland Health, Ambulance Victoria and many more.

We have built an incredible network of hundreds of suppliers across Australia. These relationships have given us a deep understanding of how the industry works, what clients need, and the challenges suppliers face when it comes to marketing, enquiries, bookings and business growth.

Over the years, we’ve learned that big ideas alone are not enough. Building a successful industry platform requires real-world experience, strong relationships, consistent execution and a genuine understanding of the businesses it is designed to support.

Party Hero is the next evolution of that experience. As the brand grows, we are excited to expand our network even further and help more businesses, big and small, get seen, get found and get more bookings.
