Backed by 25 years of relevant marketing and events management experience, our founder has built and run some of Australia’s most successful and pioneering event brands – including Get Loose and Easy Boat Hire, who between them have organised over 6,500 events across the country.
We don’t just understand the market, we have lived and breathed it. We know how hard it can be for clients to compare options, find reliable suppliers and organise everything in one place. We also know how difficult it can be for suppliers to get consistent enquiries, market themselves properly, respond quickly and manage the admin that comes with running a busy party business.

Party Hero was founded in 2025 in Potts Point, Sydney, following years of hands-on experience in the party and events industry. Today we are Australia’s one-stop shop for planning parties and events.
Our team have organised events for individuals and businesses big and small, including Seek, Hungry Jack’s, Grill’d, Hello Fresh, Accor, Nine Entertainment, universities and government departments, and many more.
We’ve built an incredible network of hundreds of suppliers across Australia, giving us a deep understanding of how the industry works, what clients need, and the challenges suppliers face with marketing, enquiries, bookings and growth. Party Hero is the next evolution of that experience – real-world experience and strong relationships, not just a big idea.
