About Phat Platter Event Catering
Phat Platter Event Catering is a Lisarow catering business run by Stevie and her team, cooking for everything from office lunches to weddings across the Central Coast. The event side centres on grazing: a flat lay graze built along a single level of the table, a bespoke grazing table where you choose the cheeses and produce, and a grazing station styled with layers and flowers to suit your theme. Each grazing table is assembled at the venue. The flat lay version pairs cheeses with crackers, cured meats and other charcuterie, finished with greenery at each end, and comes in lengths from one metre up, chosen by guest count. The bespoke and station options suit groups of about twenty or more, and the station can be set up for breakfast, lunch or a canapé-style menu. For smaller gatherings and work events, a large online range of boxes covers sandwiches, wraps, salads, mini tarts, sliders, canapés, cheese and charcuterie, fruit and sweets, with kids' party boxes too. Orders need 48 hours' notice, and pick-up or delivery is confirmed by text the afternoon before. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian choices are available, and the team is happy to build a custom menu for a larger function.

How do I get a price for a grazing table?
Fill in the enquiry form or email the team and they will send the price list and guide, which explains the menu and how to choose a table length for your guest numbers.
How much notice do you need?
At least 48 hours for box orders. Late orders may be possible, so call to check whether the kitchen can fit yours in.
Do you deliver?
Yes, from Lisarow. Delivery is $15 within 5 km with a $200 minimum order, rising in steps to $50 within 20 km with a $450 minimum. Pick-up is also available.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian items are marked through the menu, and grazing tables can be adjusted for specific needs.
How is a flat lay grazing table sized?
It is sold by length, starting at one metre, and you pick the length that fits your guest numbers using the guide sent with the price list.
