Childrens Party Entertainment Wollongong

A two-hour kids' party moves fast, and a hired entertainer gives it a shape: something calm for arrivals, organised games, a high point, a pause for food, then a wind-down before parents collect. Fairy Fantasy Parties runs that kind of afternoon for families around Wollongong, sending a performer dressed as a fairy, princess, mermaid, pirate or superhero to lead the children from the first game to the last. Prices start from $190.

The costume is the hook. Young guests follow a mermaid or a pirate captain far more readily than a parent with a whistle, so games, dancing and group activities keep moving with fewer stalls. Extras such as face painting, balloon twisting or a kids' disco with coloured lights, glow sticks and a mirror ball can be built into the booking to fill the time.

Fairy Fantasy Parties travels across the region: Northern Wollongong, the city and its surrounds, Dapto and the southern suburbs, Shellharbour and Lake Illawarra, and down to Kiama and Gerringong. Parties can be held at home or in a hired hall.

A simple run-sheet to share with your entertainer:

• Arrival: a calm activity, such as painting faces, while guests trickle in
• Games: the character leads themed party games and group activities
• Disco: lights, glow sticks and dance games to lift the energy before food
• Food and cake: a pause so you can serve, sing and take photos
• Farewell: balloon models as each child heads out the door

Want just one part of the plan? Book painting or balloon twisting on their own through face painters or balloon artists.
