About The Barn @ Saddles Mount White
Saddles Mount White is a dining, accommodation and events property on Ashbrookes Road in Mount White, spread across 28 acres of grey gums, black wattle and bush trails. The grounds hold a lakeside restaurant called The Homestead, the fine-dining room The Hawkesbury, Ned's Piano Bar, a spa and The Grand Saddles Lodge, which has 20 guest suites for anyone staying over. The Barn is the property's purpose-built event space for weddings, corporate retreats and private celebrations. Inside, The Barn has exposed timber beams and chandeliers hung above the tables, with a dance floor and a verandah outside. It seats 120 for dinner or takes 150 for a cocktail-style event. Weddings typically begin with a ceremony at the edge of the lake, where The Garden holds 80 seated or 180 standing, before guests follow the tracks up to the barn. Only one wedding is hosted on any day, and the whole precinct can be booked exclusively, with pricing on request. Catering comes in three food and beverage packages. The Woodfired option at $230 per person serves wood-oven pizzas, the Harvest at $245 per person is a three-course shared spread, and the Plated at $260 per person is an alternate-drop three-course dinner. Every package includes 45 minutes of roaming canapés, a 4.5-hour classic drinks package, house-baked bread, barista coffee and cakeage. Add-ons include an oyster station, grazing tables, a cocktail station and a sparkling wine tower. A deposit of 25 per cent of the minimum spend secures the date, and the events team takes enquiries by email.
