About Level Up Booths
Heidi and Joel are the couple behind Level Up Booths, based in Lake Macquarie at Bonnells Bay, and they bring three guest experiences to Central Coast weddings, birthdays, formals and work events. Any of the three can be booked alone or paired with the others. For still photos, an open-air booth works under studio lighting against a backdrop of your choosing, with a full props box. There is no limit on how often guests step in, each round prints with artwork made for your event, and you receive a private online gallery afterwards, with a 50-page album available as an add-on. The 360 booth is a low platform framed by gold bollards and a red carpet, and a booth director arranges every group and cues the music as the camera arm sweeps around them. Guests pick up their slow-motion clip, with its custom overlay, from a sharing kiosk via AirDrop, text message or a QR code. For the audio guest book, a restored ivory or black rotary handset plays your greeting before guests record a message, and the full set arrives as a digital album once the event is over. Set-up starts at least an hour ahead and the team packs down at the finish. Dates are secured with a non-refundable $100 deposit, the rest is paid seven days out, and the venue should provide power, the wifi details and somewhere to unload.

Frequently asked questions
Which experiences can we book?
Four options: a printing photo booth in an open-air layout, a 360 video booth that films in slow motion, a rotary-phone audio guest book, and a self-run digital booth for events with no need for prints or a host.
What does each booth cost?
Two hours in the photo booth is $550, with each extra hour adding $100 up to $950 for six. The 360 booth costs $700 for two hours and $1,100 for six, while the audio guest book costs a flat $250, and the digital booth is $400 for as long as five hours.
How does the audio guest book work?
Each guest lifts the receiver, hears your recorded welcome and leaves a message of their own. The recordings are gathered into a digital audio album and sent to you.
Can the booth be set up well before it starts?
Yes. If your timeline needs the booth in place early, early set-up and idle time can be arranged at $45 per hour.
What does the venue need to provide?
Power from a standard outlet, the wifi login for digital sharing, a spot to park and unload, and warning of any stairs or long walks. Please also name a venue contact the day before.
