About Party Chameleon Central Coast
Party Chameleon Central Coast is a mobile children's entertainment business run from Gosford by owner Jacinta Scherpenisse. Its entertainers arrive in costume and run the whole party, so parents can look after the food and the guests while the children are kept busy for the duration. There are four main party styles. Character parties bring a princess, fairy, pirate, superhero or Frozen pair for face painting, balloon sculpting, games and photo time, and a weekday breakfast visit can surprise the birthday child before school. Disco parties come with an interactive DJ, speaker, disco lights, a smoke effect and a glow stick for each guest, plus dance games and group dances. Big game parties are all about team races, relays, sack races and parachute games, and the magic party pairs a children's magician, with a rabbit in the show, and balloon twisting. Extras include fairy floss, popcorn and snow cone carts, piñatas, pass the parcel and a photographer. Pricing is per package rather than per head, because numbers on the day are hard to predict, and siblings who turn up unannounced are welcome to join in. Beyond birthdays, the team works at council events, shopping centres, leagues and bowling clubs, preschools and fetes, providing roving characters, face painting, balloon sculpting and regular kids' discos for venues.

Frequently asked questions
What happens at a Party Chameleon character party?
A costumed character of your choice runs music, face painting, balloon sculpting and games, helps with cake time and poses for group and birthday photos.
How far will they travel on the Central Coast?
There is no travel charge inside 35 km of the Gosford CBD. Further out, a one-way travel charge starts at $30 and rises with distance, so most of the Coast is covered.
Do we pay per child?
No. Packages are priced by the number of entertainers and hours, with a maximum group size, so a few extra children on the day are not a problem.
What do we need for a disco party?
A room that can be darkened, such as a garage, lounge or hall. Late afternoon or evening starts suit the lights.
Can they entertain at a club or community event?
Yes. Roving characters, face painters, balloon sculptors and regular kids' discos are supplied for clubs, councils, shopping centres, preschools and fetes.
