A graduation party in Byron Bay brings family and friends together to mark the end of school or uni. It can be a dinner in a function room or a backyard gathering under a marquee.
Function rooms handle the food, the set-up and the cleaning. A marquee at home gives more freedom over the guest list, the menu and the finish time, but more work for the family.
Ways to host a graduation:
Compare venues for a room in town or at Ballina, or put together a home party with marquee hire and caterers. Either way, leave room for a short speech and a toast to the graduate.
Function room packages start from $38 per person at the services club and $42.50 per person at a Ballina resort room. Ask what each package includes before comparing.
