Party Supplies Newcastle

Party supplies in Newcastle covers the gear rather than the people: photo booths, sound and lighting rigs, glowing signs, styling props, furniture and marquees. Almost everything here is delivered to your venue, a backyard or a park anywhere from the harbour to Lake Macquarie, so the question is less where a supplier sits and more what it brings.

Photo booths are the busiest corner. SteelCityBooths keeps it simple with one package from $650 covering three hours, an attendant, props and unlimited prints. Photobooths Newcastle offers kissing, mirror, open DSLR and 360 video booths from $439, and can add slushy and popcorn machines or a lolly cart. Creative Booth, run by Pennie and Ray, covers the whole event up to five hours, from $499. Level Up Booths, from $400, adds a 360 slow-motion booth and a vintage audio guest book, and Another Shot Photo Booth brings a retro open-air booth with strip prints from $695.

For a bigger production, Equip Multimedia sends technicians to deliver, operate and bump out sound, lighting, LED screens and staging for galas, conferences and school productions.

Match the supplier to the job:
