Castles on Command is a family-run jumping castle hire business based in Morisset, run by a couple who wanted booking a party castle to feel simple and safe. The range leans into themes kids ask for, including Jungle Lion, Pink Princess, Unicorn Dreams and Rainbow Unicorn, and several castles come with a slide built in. Booking happens online. You check that your suburb is covered, choose a castle and pay a deposit, and a confirmation email arrives straight away with your date and time. Safety is a big part of how the business works. The owners came to castle hire after more than ten years in commercial and residential building, where safety is checked and audited, and they bring the same approach to every set-up. Each castle is fixed with high tensile screw-in ground anchors rather than left to sit loose on the lawn. The price is all inclusive. Delivery, installation and pick-up are covered, with flexible time slots at a flat rate and no extra fees added on the day. Bookings are fully refundable. If it rains, a child gets sick or plans change, the team will return the money or move the booking to another date. Staff are paid more than the minimum rates and the company runs fully on the books, which the owners say is why they are not the cheapest castle hire around.
