About Level Up Booths
Level Up Booths is run by Heidi and Joel from Bonnells Bay, on the western shore of Lake Macquarie. They hire out three guest experiences for weddings, birthdays, formals and work events, and each can be booked on its own or combined with the others. The open-air photo booth shoots under studio lighting in front of a backdrop you choose, with a full box of props. Guests can use it as often as they like, every session prints, and the print carries a design made for your event; afterwards you receive a private online gallery, and a 50-page album can be added. The 360 video booth is a low platform ringed by gold bollards and a red carpet. A booth director arranges each group and starts the music while the camera arm circles, and the finished slow-motion clip, complete with a custom overlay, is collected at a sharing kiosk by text, AirDrop or QR code. The audio guest book is a restored rotary phone in ivory or black: guests lift the receiver, hear your recorded greeting and leave a message, and every recording is delivered as a digital album after the event. The team arrives at least an hour before the start to set up and packs down when the booking ends. Travel is included for venues within 40 km of Morisset, and a travel cost is quoted upfront beyond that. A $100 non-refundable deposit holds the date, the balance is due a week before, and the venue needs to provide power, wifi details and somewhere to unload.

How much does each booth cost?
The photo booth is $550 for two hours, rising $100 per extra hour to $950 for six. The 360 booth is $700 for two hours up to $1,100 for six. The audio guest book is $250 for the event and the digital-only booth is $400 for up to five hours.
Is travel included?
Travel is free for venues within 40 km of Morisset. For anywhere further, send the venue address and the travel cost is quoted before you book.
How does the audio guest book work?
Guests pick up a restored rotary phone, hear a greeting you have recorded, then leave a message after the tone. Every message is saved and sent to you as a digital audio album after the event.
What does the venue need to provide?
A standard power point, the venue wifi details for digital sharing, a parking or loading spot, and notice of any stairs or long walks. A contact person at the venue should be confirmed a day ahead.
