About Levantine Hill Estate
Levantine Hill Estate is a working winery on the Maroondah Highway in Coldstream, in the Yarra Valley. Its restaurant and cellar door share the grounds with a separate winery building designed by Fender Katsalidis, and both host private events. On the restaurant side, the Dining Room has polished concrete floors, brass panelling and long tables, while the Levant Room has a deck looking over the vines. The Storrier Room is a small private dining room hung with paintings by Timothy Storrier and seats up to 20. Taking the whole restaurant and cellar door together gives exclusive use for up to 180 seated or 250 cocktail-style guests, with an outdoor covered terrace and room for a dance floor. The winery building is larger again, seating 250 in its Banquet Hall and holding up to 500 for cocktails, subject to permits. The winery building also has a Pavilion with floor-to-ceiling windows, a mezzanine boardroom for 12, the Belvedere Bar with its 13.5 metre marble bar, and an underground barrel room. Weddings, corporate events, conferences and festive-season functions all run across these spaces. Menus lean Mediterranean, from a seated two-course lunch to cocktail events with canapés, substantial canapés and bowl dishes. Beverage packages pour the estate's own wines alongside local craft beer, or wines can be served on consumption. Lunch events run four hours from 11am and dinners five hours from 6pm, finishing by 11pm. Send an enquiry to book and the events team will tailor a menu and floor plan.

A full-day conference package is $120 per person, and a three-course dinner in the restaurant can be added at $135 per person. Minimum spends apply to every space and are quoted on enquiry.

The chef designs each cocktail menu around the season. Allergies and intolerances are catered for where possible, though fully allergen-free meals can't be guaranteed.

Cocktails are available from $24 each, and a group tutored wine tasting can be held in the Belvedere or Banquet Hall.

The Levantine package starts at $80 per person, the Estate package at $95 and the Family Paddock package at $150, all with local craft beer and soft drinks. You can also pick up to five wines from the list and pay on consumption, and cocktails start at $24 each.
What time do events finish?
Events need to wrap up by 11pm. Lunches are based on four hours from 11am and dinners on five hours from 6pm, and starting earlier is charged at $2,000 for each extra hour or part of one.
Is the venue accessible and set up for presentations?
Every space is wheelchair accessible and has free wifi, a lectern and a whiteboard. The Banquet Hall has a fixed 100-inch LED screen and a microphone, and AV support is quoted on request.
