About Harriett @ Hubert Estate
Hubert Estate is a winery on St Huberts Road in Coldstream, home to a restaurant, a cellar door, an amphitheatre and an Indigenous art gallery. Harriett is its purpose-built hall for weddings, parties and corporate events. The room has polished terrazzo floors, high timber ceilings and broad walls of glass looking over the vines. Adjoining courtyards and a covered terrace let the event spill outdoors. Harriett seats up to 220 guests at long or round tables, or holds 350 for a cocktail party. Layouts shift from banquet dinners to theatre-style sessions and breakout areas. Food comes from the Harriett culinary team, with menus served as shared feasts, alternating plates or roaming canapés. Grazing tables, seafood stations and late-night snacks can be added. Beverage packages feature the estate's wines alongside beer and alcohol-free options, and on-consumption bars suit shorter events. A built-in sound system, microphones and presentation screens are part of the room. The site names weddings, birthdays, engagement parties, anniversaries, Christmas parties and corporate events. How many guests can Harriett hold?
Harriett seats up to 220 guests at tables, and a standing cocktail event can reach 350. Smaller groups of 20 to 100 can use the estate's Gallery of Art instead.
Can the ceremony and reception both be held at Hubert Estate?
Yes. Ceremonies can be held on the waterside lawn, on the Harriett lawn, in the amphitheatre or inside Harriett, with the reception following in the hall. If the weather turns, ceremonies move into the Gallery of Art.
What audio-visual equipment is included?
The room has a built-in sound system with two roving microphones and a lectern. Presentation screens are available for conferences and launches, and extra AV can be brought in if needed.
Can menus cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. The kitchen caters for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other needs, and menus can be tailored to the event. Couples are offered a menu tasting before a wedding.
How do we see the event packages?
