About Elmswood Estate

Elmswood Estate is a working vineyard on Monbulk-Seville Road in Seville, with 25 acres of vines falling away below the function buildings. The estate makes its own wines, and an in-house team looks after catering and event coordination. The main space is the Pavilion, a glass-walled room with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the valley. A covered Terrace runs off it for pre-dinner drinks and sunset toasts, and the elevated Deck sits above the vine rows. Seated at long timber tables, the Pavilion takes 120 guests with room left for a dance floor, and a cocktail-style event can reach 200. The spaces are heated and air-conditioned, and guests park free on site. Weddings are the estate's main trade, with ceremonies on the Deck, among the vines or under the Terrace before the reception moves inside. The estate also hosts birthdays and anniversaries, along with company events such as team retreats, product launches and gala dinners. Food comes from the estate's own kitchen, from roving canapés and platters through to plated or shared main courses and dessert. Drinks packages are built around Elmswood wines and beer, and spirits can be added. Wedding packages are quoted per person, with the published guide running from $210 to $270 per person. Send an enquiry to arrange a private tour or ask for a tailored quote.

Pricing

Weddings are priced per person, with the estate's published guide running from $210 to $270 per person depending on the package. Packages cover a 5.5 hour event and come in Classic, Gold and Platinum tiers.

A private preparation space for the wedding party, The Retreat, can be added for $1,000. A $2,000 event bond is held on a credit card six weeks before the event and is only charged if extra costs arise.

Food

Menus come from the estate's in-house kitchen and lean on seasonal, local produce. Packages open with roving hot and cold canapés, then an appetiser platter or a cheese and charcuterie bar, an alternating entrée, and a choice of plated mains or shared platters with sides.

Dessert is plated or served as roving dessert canapés, followed by supper platters. Vegetarian and vegan meals are included, and dishes free of gluten, dairy or nuts can be prepared.

Beverages

Beverage packages pour Elmswood Estate's own wines – sparkling, white, rosé and red – plus two beers, served at the table and on trays. Higher packages add a cocktail during pre-dinner drinks and spirits through the night, and guests can bring their own spirits.

Drinks service closes half an hour before the event finishes.

Availability

The estate takes weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate events in the Pavilion and on the Deck. Send an enquiry to arrange a private tour; a date can be held for three days while you decide.
