About Ballroom @ RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort
RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort sits on Healesville-Kinglake Road, surrounded by an 18-hole golf course and native bush. Its event wing looks across to Mt Riddell, and the Ballroom is its main reception room. The Ballroom is a single open room without pillars, with 3.7-metre ceilings and a wall of windows facing the mountains. Next to it is a pre-function area with a bar and a deck, which takes arrival drinks before guests sit down. The capacity table lists 320 guests for a cocktail function and 240 at banquet tables, and the wedding team quotes 200 seated for a reception with a dance floor. Removable walls turn the space into three rooms – James, Day and Coleman – for smaller groups, and blackout windows, three projectors and retractable screens cover presentations. For weddings, three packages bundle canapés after the ceremony, a three-course alternate menu or a four-hour cocktail menu, cake service, a 4.5-hour drinks package, tea and coffee. A coordinator plans with the couple and runs the day, and the club supplies linen, chair covers and a dance floor. Couples can marry before the reception in the timber Gazebo or on the Northern Lawn, with garden chairs, a signing table and a golf cart for photos around the grounds. Corporate groups can add tennis, bocce, lawn bowls, fitness sessions or organised games to a conference day. Catering is handled in house, and Riddell's Green has an alfresco bar for drinks before or after an event. Send an enquiry with your date and guest numbers to start planning.
