About Rovollo
Run by Esper Group, Rovollo is an Italian restaurant and wine room on Martin Place (number 25) in the city centre. It opens Monday to Saturday from noon until midnight, serving seasonal menus of pasta made in-house, signature steaks and premium seafood, alongside a list of over 250 wines sourced internationally. The restaurant has two dining areas that together hold about 70: a richly finished indoor room and alfresco seating on the MLC promenade. The Heritage Room is the private dining room, curtained away behind the building's columns, panelled in glossy timber and natural stone, and closed to other diners. Group bookings take up to 30 for seated dining, and standing canapé events of up to 50 can be held in the courtyard area, from long lunches and banquets to work events. The chef's tasting menu is $115 per person for two or more, starting with focaccia, whipped ricotta, arancini and carpaccio, then ravioli, a main with a choice of jus, salad, fries and a tiramisu to finish. For private dining, the team settles the menu, the wines and the timing of the event with you. Dietary requirements are catered for with alternatives on request. Card payments incur a merchant fee, and a 12.5% surcharge applies on public holidays.
