Searock Grill sits in the Opera Quays colonnade on East Circular Quay, a few minutes' walk from the Opera House steps. Sir Frank's Wine Room is its private dining room, and it's defined by one striking feature: a full illuminated wall of wine cubbies that frames the room. The rest is kept deliberately simple — dark timber flooring with a tiled border, white table linen, framed artwork and soft overhead lighting — so the wine wall and the food carry the evening. It seats up to 50 for dinner and holds 70 standing, and it can also be set boardroom, theatre or U-shape for a work lunch with a presentation. The grill kitchen caters in-house, with halal and extensive gluten-free menus. You're welcome to play your own music or bring a DJ, the room is air-conditioned, and access is step-free with accessible toilets. For a birthday dinner, a client lunch or an engagement celebration where the harbour location counts, it's a well-placed room with a sense of occasion.
