About Market Room @ QT Sydney
The Market Room sits above Gowings Bar & Grill inside QT Sydney, next door to the Gilt Lounge. Wrap-around windows look down onto Market Street and the Queen Victoria Building, so the room is full of natural light by day and has the city lit up below it at night. It's a genuinely changeable space: a quiet boardroom for a meeting one day, a private cocktail party the next. It can be set cocktail-style for 80 guests, or combined with the adjoining George Street Landing for a larger event of up to 120. There's a state-of-the-art audiovisual setup, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and access to the hotel's own bar teams, with in-house catering from the QT kitchens including vegan and gluten-free menus. The room holds 80 guests standing or 50 seated, and the hotel's heritage-theatre character gives an event somewhere with personality in the middle of the CBD.
