About Pittwater RSL
Pittwater RSL is the local RSL club for Mona Vale, on Mona Vale Road a few minutes from Pittwater Road and the beach. Its events arm, Events by Pittwater, runs functions across ten separate spaces, and the club says it can plan anything from a table of twelve to a crowd of two hundred or more. There is plenty of parking on site, and buses stop along Pittwater Road. Romas is the dressed-up room, with soft neutral styling, open ceilings and space for 180 at a cocktail party or up to 140 seated, and the outdoor Terrace can be joined to it. The Distillery is a semi-private lounge with big windows and a fireplace that holds 150 standing. The Rock Lilly auditorium takes 500 for cocktails or 250 seated, with a dance floor, stage, projector and private bar, and can be halved for about 100. Smaller options include sections of Glasshouse Grill, Potter's Garden Room for brunches and showers, the Chef's Table for 18 and the Mainsail meeting room. Outside, the Sip & Pickle precinct and five pickleball courts suit big casual parties and team days. Food is handled by Catering HQ, who offer canapés, grazing stations, buffets and plated two or three course menus, and adjust for dietary needs. Drinks can run as a bar tab with a set limit, on consumption, or as a pay-your-own bar, with mocktails and signature cocktails available. Styling extras such as centrepieces, chair covers and a dance floor can be arranged, and you are welcome to bring your own decorations, florist or stylist.

How many guests can Pittwater RSL hold for a function?
It depends on the room. The Rock Lilly auditorium takes up to 500 for cocktails, Romas 180, The Distillery 150, the Terrace 80 and Potter's Garden Room 60. The Chef's Table seats 18.
Who does the catering?
Catering HQ runs events and food at the club. Menus cover canapés, grazing stations, buffets and plated two or three course meals, and dietary requirements can be catered for across all of them.
How do drinks work at a function?
You can set up a bar tab with your own limit, pay for drinks on consumption, or let guests buy their own. Mocktails, signature cocktails and premium drinks lists are available.
Is there room for a DJ or dancing?
Yes. Romas has space for a band or DJ and a dance floor sized to your numbers, and the Rock Lilly auditorium comes with a stage, dance floor, projector and its own bar.
Can we add pickleball to a party or team day?
Yes. The club has five outdoor pickleball courts next to the Sip & Pickle bar area, and court hire with paddles and balls can be packaged with food and drinks for groups.
