About The Sydney Chocolate School
The Sydney Chocolate School is the teaching studio of Coco Chocolate, a Sydney chocolate maker with a shop in Kirribilli. The school operates from Building 21 at Headland Park on Middle Head Road in Mosman, on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour National Park, and more than 15,000 students have learned there. Its signature technique is hand-tempering chocolate on marble in the traditional French way. Group bookings are its core business. Hens parties run for 90 minutes, and every guest crafts wedding-inspired chocolates that go home in their own goody bag, together with a certificate, and bespoke versions can be arranged. Birthday parties follow the same format, with sessions for children from age six as well as adults. Corporate teams of up to 40 people can attend in person, choosing the 90-minute class or an extended two-and-a-half-hour version that works with both milk and dark chocolate. Other classes cover truffles, macarons and chocolate croissants. A liquor licence covers champagne and sparkling wine during classes. After a session, groups of six or more can hire the private balcony and grassed forecourt by the hour for a longer celebration, and French furniture hire is available. All of the chocolate is gluten free, and nut-free and alcohol-free options can be arranged on request. The studio operates by appointment only, so bookings and group enquiries go directly to the team by phone or email; online tasting sessions are also offered for remote teams.

Amazing class run by an excellent teacher. Informative, fun and a great morning out. If you’re going, bring a bottle of water as making (and eating!) chocolate is thirsty work!
