About DeLovely Cake Design & Academy
DeLovely Cake Design & Academy is a custom cake shop and baking school on Victoria Avenue in Chatswood. It is an authorised learning centre for Wilton, PME and SFCA, and runs certified cake decorating courses alongside shorter workshops, school holiday classes and online learning. The studio is led by cake designers Gloria and Dave, with a small team of instructors. For groups, the academy offers private classes tailored to a special event or a team-building session. The team designs the session around what the group wants to learn, whether that is buttercream piping, fondant modelling, sugar flowers or a trend-driven cake, and everything is provided, so complete beginners can take part. A single class can accommodate up to 24 people. Families can book a one-stop kids birthday party that bundles the room, an online invitation, a hands-on workshop making cupcakes, cookies or pizza, a personalised cake, plus food and drinks for the kids. Upgrades cover dessert tables, balloon styling and backdrops, gift bags, photography and a longer party. Children from five can join school holiday workshops, with a parent-and-child option for younger bakers. The shop is easy to reach by train and bus, with free parking nearby, and enquiries for private classes and parties go to the team by phone, email or WeChat.
