About The Flotilla
The Flotilla is a small restaurant on Albert Street in Wickham, cooking menus that change with the seasons around produce from local farmers and fishers. It opens for lunch from Friday to Sunday and dinner from Thursday to Saturday, and it also takes private functions, group dinners and full exclusive hire. The main dining room is arranged around the open kitchen and its own bar, with leather banquettes and timber tables, and seats up to 40 for an event. Vecina, the private dining room, suits up to 24 guests who want a room to themselves, and a semi-private nook between the two rooms works for six to eight. That range suits a long lunch, a milestone birthday, an engagement dinner or a corporate meal. Functions are seated and menu-led. The three-course set menu draws on the restaurant's favourites, the seasonal set menu is the kitchen's signature selection, and a steak dinner with dry-aged cuts from Hungerford Meats is cooked over the grill and shared across the table. A three-hour beverage package of matched wines, beers and spirits can be added, with a cocktail upgrade, or drinks can be charged on consumption from a list built to suit your group. Minimum spends depend on the day, the room and your numbers. A $1,000 deposit holds the date, confirmed numbers and food payment are due 14 days before the event, and bookings run for up to four hours.
