About Red Hill Estate
Red Hill Estate is a family-run winery on Mornington-Flinders Road in Main Ridge, making cool-climate wine since 1989. Along with a restaurant and cellar door, it runs a wedding offer covering both ceremony and reception. Ceremonies can take place among the forest trees at the edge of the property, in the garden or next to the farmhouse restaurant. The estate team handles the setup so the couple can focus on the day. There are three reception spaces to choose from. The Conservatory is bright, looks over the vines and seats up to 45, while The Dining Room has timber finishes, a fireplace and a garden outlook for up to 60. For bigger weddings, The Marquee is an open-plan space backed by the vineyard, set up for dinner and dancing with up to 120 guests. The kitchen cooks Italian food with local produce, from woodfired bread and antipasti to handmade pasta for sharing. Couples can pick a long-table feast, share plates or canapés, then add extras like a cannoli tower, Prosecco on tap at its own bar, or house cocktails. Wow ! Some of the best Italian food outside of Italy! Cannot recommend this place enough and worth the trip. Pizza exceptional and the lamb shoulder ragu was exceptional. Great wine and even better service.
