About Two One Ten
Two One Ten is a warehouse function space on Maddox Road in Williamstown North. It is set up as a blank canvas, with indoor rooms and an outdoor area so a party can flow between them. The space has a 250 sqm large room and a 150 sqm small room, with a bar, amenities and loading areas close by. The larger room suits 80 to 120 seated guests, while the smaller one suits 50 to 80, and standing events can reach 150 guests. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday booking includes seating for 120 guests, white tablecloths, high tables with stools, and a set of styling props such as arches, cake stands, media walls and dessert carts. Music connection, a microphone for speeches and a caterer’s kitchen are also included. You can take an all-in package that includes a food and drink spend, or hire the venue only and bring your own catering, drinks and styling. The venue is licensed and offers selected beverage packages, and a food truck is another catering option. Hire includes professional clean-up after the event, public liability insurance and exclusive use of the space for your whole booking. Friday and Saturday bookings run from noon to 12.30am, and Sundays from 8am to 8pm, with set-up and pack-down inside those times. How many guests can the venue hold?
The venue is listed for up to 150 guests at a standing cocktail event. Seated layouts take 80 to 120 guests, depending on the room and set-up.
What are the minimum spends and hire times?
Friday nights have a minimum spend of $3,600 including food and drinks, and Saturday nights and Sunday all day are $4,500. Each package includes 12 hours of access and the venue hire inclusions. Friday and Saturday access runs from 12pm to 12.30am, and Sunday from 8am to 8pm, with set-up and pack-down included in those hours.
What is included in the hire?
Hire covers tables and white chairs for 120 guests, tablecloths, high tables with stools, party props, music connection, a microphone and access to the caterer’s kitchen. Post-event cleaning, public liability insurance and exclusive use of the space are also included.
Can I bring my own caterer or styling?
Yes. There is a venue-hire-only option for those who prefer to bring their own catering, drinks and styling. Food trucks are also an option, and the kitchen can be used by your preferred caterer.
Can I book on a weekday?
