About The Sports Bar @ Bundoora Hotel
The Bundoora Hotel is a pub at 49 Plenty Road in Bundoora, with a family bistro, a public bar and two areas set aside for private functions. Its functions team hosts birthdays, engagement parties, Christmas breakups, group dinners and work events. The Sports Bar is the party room. It has its own fully stocked bar, two pool tables that can be covered over when you need the floor, room for a dance floor, full AV and a private outdoor smoking area, and it takes 70 to 150 guests. For a smaller, more relaxed seated meal there is also the Upper Bistro, a bright room lined with tall windows that seats 50 or holds 80 standing. The cocktail packages are built for a five-hour party. Standard is $1,500, with six platters to feed about 60 and a $500 bar tab; Premium is $2,000, with eight platters for about 80 and a $750 tab; Platinum is $2,500, with ten platters for about 100 and a $1,000 tab. Each one includes food and beverage staff, a security guard, a cake and present table and AV with Bluetooth music. For a sit-down meal, set menus cost $45 per person for two courses or $55 for three, served alternately, for at least 30 guests. You can also build your own package from platters such as sandwiches, party favourites, yum cha, antipasto and petit fours, and either run a bar tab or let guests buy their own drinks. A $200 deposit with the booking form secures the date.
