About Rifle Club Hotel
The Rifle Club Hotel is a local pub on Victoria Street in Williamstown, with a sports bar showing live AFL, cricket and racing, pool tables, and a long list of tap beers, wines and cocktails. It also serves as an informal clubhouse for local sporting teams, and it runs two private function spaces. The Rifle Room holds up to 120 standing guests and suits birthdays, engagement parties and other milestones. It has a private entry, a fully stocked bar, air conditioning and heating, large TVs, Bluetooth music, a microphone, a pool table and games, and its own bathrooms. The Public Bar takes up to 60 for a cocktail-style party with the same private entry, bar and AV set-up, and it carries no room hire fee and no minimum spend, so the group simply spends what it likes. Catering is flexible. Roaming finger food for 20 or more guests comes in six, eight or ten pieces per person, at $22, $28 and $32, and more substantial items such as beef sliders, fish bites and chips or baked gnocchi can be added at $7 each per person. Alternatively, order platters of 25 pieces, from beef and burgundy pies and pizzettes to arancini and sandwich points, with a minimum of six platters. Drinks are on a bar tab or bought by guests at bar prices.
