About Manhattan Hotel

The Manhattan Hotel is a pub on the corner of Canterbury and Heatherdale Roads in Ringwood, with a buffet restaurant, a Back Bar with a big beer garden, and a run of function rooms for birthdays from 21sts to 50ths, engagements, weddings, Christmas parties, reunions and corporate events. Parking on site is free, and Nightcap rooms upstairs give guests somewhere to stay. Each of the four main rooms has its own bar and a dance floor. Elliotts is tucked away with a private courtyard and a stage, and holds 150 for cocktails. Soho has retro furniture and soft lighting, with two projectors, for 110 standing or 70 seated. Empire takes 140 standing or 80 seated and has a decor wall. Liberty has a bar along its length, a central dance floor, its own entrance with step-free access and two projectors, holding 300 standing or 200 seated. For something more casual, the Back Bar's Mid-Field (up to 120, with a fireplace) and The Wickets (up to 60, with bench tables and a big screen) can be booked as semi-private areas. Canapé packages are $25 per person for six pieces, $30 for eight and $35 for eight plus a slider. A buffet with soup, carvery and hot dishes is $52 per adult for 40 or more, and a set menu is $50 for two courses or $60 for three. Free-flow drinks cost $50 per person for three hours or $60 for four, or hosts can run a bar tab or cash bar. Pricing

Canapé packages cost $25 (six pieces), $30 (eight pieces) and $35 (eight pieces plus a gourmet slider) per person. The buffet is $52 per adult with a minimum of 40, and $25 for children aged 4 to 12. The set menu is $50 per person for two courses and $60 for three. Free-flow drinks are $50 per person for three hours or $60 for four. DJ hire is $700, the photo booth $400 and light-up numbers $150.

Food

Canapés include party pies, sausage rolls, spring rolls, arancini, pork buns, lamb kofta, dumplings and calamari. The buffet has soup, a carvery with two roasts, three hot dishes, salads and desserts, with seafood upgrades available. Set menu mains include barramundi, lamb shank ragout and gnocchi. Platters, sliders, wraps, bao, sushi and grazing boards can be added, and dietary needs are catered for with notice.

Beverages

Free-flow packages are $50 per person for three hours or $60 for four and include house wine and sparkling, Carlton Draught and Great Northern by the pot, juice and soft drinks. A customised bar tab or a cash bar are also available, and special spirits or wines can be ordered with notice.
