About Bramleigh Estate
Bramleigh Estate is a private events property on Ringwood-Warrandyte Road in Warrandyte, set on ten acres of native bushland and lawns near the Yarra. Weddings are its main business, and it takes just one on any given date, but the same spaces are also booked for milestone birthdays, engagement parties, anniversaries, school formals, corporate events and end-of-year Christmas functions. The reception room is a long, white Hamptons-style hall under a high cathedral ceiling with white beams, its long glass walls looking out to the bushland and Warrandyte Reserve. It seats 100 to 350 guests, with a large dance floor, and a further 100 can sit out on the timber deck, which also hosts outdoor ceremonies under a white arbour. A foyer with a big stone fireplace serves as an indoor ceremony spot in poor weather, and the VIP retreat gives the wedding party a private lounge. Access is step-free via a ramp, with accessible parking bays and an accessible bathroom. Food comes from the estate's own kitchen: grazing tables and canapés, then plated entrées, mains and desserts, with every dietary need catered for. Corporate Christmas packages run for five hours with canapés, a three-course meal, a hosted bar of beer, local wines and soft drinks, a lectern and microphone, and the house music system. Audio-visual gear can be arranged for presentations, and a venue-hire option allows approved external caterers for cultural menus.

Frequently asked questions
How many guests can Bramleigh Estate host?
