About Wheelers Hill Hotel
The Lower Terrace is the main function space at Wheelers Hill Hotel, on Ferntree Gully Road in Wheelers Hill. It is an enclosed terrace with floor-to-ceiling retractable windows that open the room to views toward the ranges. The space has its own bar, a fireplace for the cooler months and bathrooms close by. It takes up to 120 guests standing or 100 seated, and it can be set up as a half terrace or the full terrace depending on your numbers. The hotel also has a semi-private Cocktail Lounge for smaller gatherings, close to the main bistro bar. Its function pack covers milestone birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas parties and corporate events, plus team days on the terrace. There is no space hire fee. A prepaid minimum spend on food and drinks applies instead, and the packages for each terrace size include hire for set hours, table linen and canapés. Food runs from canapé packages to a two or three course set menu and add-on platters. Drinks can run on a bar tab with a set limit, or as a cash bar. Send an enquiry to start planning.
