About Manningham Hotel & Club
Manningham Hotel & Club is a large pub at 1 Thompsons Road in Bulleen, with the Sunset Bar and Bistro, a sports bar and a dedicated functions floor. Its rooms cover small break-out meetings through to large celebrations, and a functions team handles the planning. The Grand Ballroom has floor-to-ceiling windows looking over the gardens, granite-topped bars at both ends and a large parquetry dance floor, holding up to 400 for a cocktail party or 250 seated. It can be split by a soundproof wall into the Ben Nevis and Springbank rooms. The Clarendon Room takes 40 to 150 cocktail guests or up to 100 seated, with a dance floor, bar and AV, and divides into three break-out rooms. The lounge bar suits 21st, 30th, 40th and 50th birthdays with a stage, built-in dance floor, two pool tables, AV and its own courtyard garden and entry. Packages bundle the essentials: the Clarendon packages at $2,900 and $4,000 and the Grand Ballroom packages at $4,500 and $6,800 include five hours of room hire, staff, canapés, linen, security and a starter bar tab, and the lounge bar package at $5,750 adds a DJ and unlimited pool. Set menus are $49 for two courses or $59 for three, buffets $52 or $67 per person, and the beverage package $55 per person for three hours or $65 for four. A deposit confirms the date, and only an occasion cake may be brought in.
