About Pole Divas Reservoir
Pole Divas Reservoir is the Newlands Road studio of the Pole & Aerial Divas group, run by instructors who have trained and competed in pole for well over a decade. During the week it teaches pole, dance, stretch and strength classes to women of all fitness levels, and outside those it hosts private studio parties for groups celebrating something – or nothing in particular. The parties are built for people who have never touched a pole. Every studio party lasts an hour and a half and starts with complimentary non-alcoholic sparkling as guests arrive. The instructor then runs a warm-up, teaches a handful of tricks that look far harder than they are, and pulls everything together into a dance routine. Groups choose their theme up front, with tasters in pole, lap dance or bootay (a booty-focused dance style), and pole and lap dancing combined is the usual pick, all in a nightclub-style room with pink lighting. Birthday groups get to choose the soundtrack, and regulars are welcome to turn it into a jam with friends who already dance. Hens parties make up a big share of bookings, but the studio also runs birthday parties, divorce parties and just-because nights for friends who have always wanted to give pole a go. Pricing is per head with a minimum of ten guests, and every studio party is for adults only. A small surcharge is added to parties that start at 8pm or later, or that fall on a public holiday. For groups who would rather stay at home or in a hotel room, the Divas team also offers a one-hour lap dance party at a venue of your choosing for a flat fee, booked through the closest studio.

How much does a pole party at Pole Divas Reservoir cost?
Studio parties are $40 a head with a minimum of ten people. A $50 surcharge applies to any party starting at 8pm or later, and another $50 to parties held on public holidays.
How long is a party and what do we actually do?
Parties run for 1.5 hours. Guests get sparkling on arrival, then the instructor leads a warm-up, teaches a few tricks and finishes with a dance routine the group can recreate later.
Which party themes can we choose at Reservoir?
Themes give a taste of pole, lap dance or bootay, with pole and lap dancing together the usual choice. Silks and lyra parties are only offered at the brand's aerial studios, not Reservoir.
Are drinks included, and is there an age limit?
Non-alcoholic sparkling is included on arrival; alcoholic bubbles are only served at two other studios. All studio parties are strictly for guests aged 18 and over.
Can the instructor come to our house or hotel instead?
Yes. The off-site option is a one-hour lap dance and strip tease basics party for a flat $300, held at your home, hotel or venue, with a non-refundable $100 deposit paid to the nearest studio.
