About Chateau Elan
Chateau Elan sits on Vintage Drive in Pokolbin, alongside The Vintage, an 18-hole Greg Norman-designed golf course. The estate combines spa suites and villas, a day spa, Legends Restaurant and the casual Spike Bar on the Legends Terrace, and its events team runs private celebrations ranging from milestone birthdays and family reunions to school formals and intimate dinners, as well as weddings and corporate retreats. There are several rooms to choose from. The Founders Room, next to the hotel, covers 269 square metres and holds up to 330 for a cocktail party or 172 for dinner; it can also be split into Founders I and Founders II. The Barrington Room, next to the Clubhouse on the high point of the course, looks over the 18th green and takes 200 for cocktails or 120 seated. The Carriage House holds 120 standing, the Boardroom suits 14, and the conservatory at Legends Restaurant works as a semi-private dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the course. Dinner layouts with a dance floor are available in the larger rooms. The Celebrate packages cover high tea or a family-style roast lunch from $79 per person, a three-hour canape menu with a three-hour beverage package from $109 per person, and two-course seated or buffet dinners with three hours of drinks from $137 to $139 per person, for a minimum of 25 guests; venue hire may apply. The in-house pastry chef makes celebration cakes, and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets are catered for. Guests can stay onsite, and reception can help with transfers and winery tours.
