About Shique Floral Design
Shique Floral Design opened its doors in Shellharbour in 2013 and works from a studio and shop on Addison Street. The team picks its flowers fresh from the market and is known locally for bold, colourful designs, though softer and more classic looks are just as much a part of the work. Together the florists bring decades of combined experience to each job. Weddings are a big part of the business, and the team has worked on hundreds of them over the years. Every arrangement is built to order, from the bridal bouquet and bridesmaid posies to table centrepieces and decorative pieces for the reception. Planning begins with a few questions about your theme, your budget, whether you would like sample arrangements, the flowers you love and whether you prefer seasonal stems. Event work goes beyond weddings. The studio designs custom arrangements for corporate events and other celebrations, and offers event styling and floral installation to suit the colour palette and theme you have in mind. Clients can drop into the store to talk ideas through with the florists, or plan everything by phone or email. Quotes are set out clearly with timelines, and the team keeps couples updated through the lead-up so there is no need to chase. Wedding and event flowers are delivered to the venue, with deliveries running across the Illawarra and further along the coast.
