About Windsor Function Centre
Windsor Function Centre is a dedicated events venue on Dight Street in historic Windsor, with free parking in its precinct. It hosts birthdays, engagement parties, anniversaries, hens and bucks nights, school formals, cultural events, Christmas parties and corporate dinners as well as weddings, and all three of its rooms are pillarless with high, draped ceilings. The Bligh Room is the smallest, seating 96 banquet style, with a grand piano as its centrepiece. The Phillip Room seats 140 and has French chandeliers, a heritage bar, its own lobby, natural light and a large dance floor reached by a lit staircase. The Macquarie Room seats 350 and holds 550 for cocktails, with a timber dance floor, a big stage with a motorised catwalk, dressing rooms, twin projectors and screens and an AV control room. Opening the Phillip Room as a mezzanine over the Macquarie Room lifts capacity to 440 seated or 750 standing. A foyer with a fireplace greets guests on arrival. Food and drink are handled in house: the chefs cook a wide range of multicultural menus, special diets are catered with a week's notice, and each room has its own bar staffed by RSA-qualified bartenders. Every room has speakers, a music system and projector screens, and outside suppliers such as DJs or photographers are welcome with public liability insurance. Packages are tailored to each event, with a deposit of $500 or 25%, whichever is larger, to secure the date, a refundable bond, and final numbers due two weeks out.

How do I secure a date?
A deposit of $500 or 25%, whichever is greater, confirms the booking, and the final balance is due before the event. A refundable security bond also applies.
